About Sembawang East
Sembawang East is one of the newest parts of Sembawang. A string of BTO precincts, from EastBank to EastWave @ Canberra, was built along Canberra Street, with Canberra Plaza at the centre.
Canberra MRT opened on 2 November 2019. ECs followed on Canberra Crescent and Canberra Walk: Parc Canberra (2023) and Provence Residence (2024), with Canberra Crescent Residences under construction.
