Not every wooden floor is parquet. Many condos and ECs here have timber strip or engineered boards, and landed homes often have solid wood planks and timber stairs. We repair the boards themselves: re-fixing loose or squeaky boards, cutting out cracked or swollen pieces, filling gaps and sanding out deep scratches, then blending the repair into the rest of the floor.

How a job works
- WhatsApp us 3 or 4 photos of the floor, including a close-up and any damaged spots, plus your block or condo and the rooms you want done.
- Get a price. We reply with an estimate the same day, or visit within 1 to 2 days to measure and tap-test.
- Book a date. Jobs usually start 2 to 5 days after you confirm, within HDB or condo renovation hours.
- We repair, sand and varnish, with dust extraction and doors taped off.
- Inspect together and pay by PayNow or bank transfer once you're happy.
Before we arrive
- Clear small items, rugs and anything fragile from the rooms.
- Tell us if you need help moving beds and wardrobes.
- Let us know about any leaks, termite history or areas that sound hollow.
- Condo and EC owners: get the renovation permit and book the service lift.
- Keep pets and children out of the rooms during sanding and drying.
Aftercare
Keep a steady indoor humidity: wood shrinks in a cold, dry air-conditioned room and swells when windows are left open in wet weather. That cycle is what opens gaps and lifts boards.

Frequently asked questions
Can you repair engineered wood floors?
Yes. Damaged engineered boards are cut out and replaced with matching boards where they are still available. If the top layer is thick enough, scratches can be lightly sanded out too.
Can laminate or vinyl be repaired?
Laminate and vinyl can't be sanded. Damaged planks can sometimes be swapped if you have spares; otherwise we'll tell you honestly that a flooring contractor is the better call.
Do you repair timber decking?
We focus on indoor timber floors and stairs. Ask us about balcony timber and we'll tell you if it's a job we can do well.
How much does wood floor repair cost?
