About Nee Soon
The subzone keeps the old name of the whole area, Nee Soon, after Lim Nee Soon, whose plantations once covered this part of the island.
Much of it is military land around Nee Soon Camp. The homes are landed estates off Meng Suan Road and Thong Bee Road, and a group of small condos near Springleaf MRT.
