About Woodlands East
Woodlands East is the most populous subzone in the three towns, with about 97,000 residents in 2018. It covers the Admiralty and Woodlands Ring estates around Admiralty MRT, which opened in 1996.
Kampung Admiralty, beside the station, was completed in 2017 and named World Building of the Year at the 2018 World Architecture Festival.
